Ground Guidance Handheld

Off-road navigation software

Ground Guidance Handheld is patented software that plans a fast or concealed route through off-road terrain.  Ground Guidance Handheld overlays the resulting route on an aerial photo or topographic map.

Ground Guidance Handheld uses three databases - elevation data, land cover, and aerial imagery - to generate off-road routes.  The patented algorithms then determine the fastest or stealthiest route through the terrain and overlay the route on the appropriate imagery.

Ground Guidance Handheld runs on any Microsoft Windows Mobile or Microsoft Windows Compact Edition (CE) platform with a Global Position System (GPS) receiver.
